Note regarding payment for registration: Payment is required in full at the time of registration. If the registration is not fully paid within 15 minutes, the registration will be deleted. You will receive a notification if your registration is deleted. If your registration is deleted you may re-register and pay.
Refunds: A full refund of program fees shall be granted if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session. A 50 % refund shall be granted if requested after the aforementioned 7 days, but prior to the scheduled first session of the program.
Registration refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee. Cancelations must be received in writing by e-mail (president@lincolnwaylacrosse.com). Only Lincoln-Way Lacrosse fees will be refunded. U.S. Lacrosse membership fees and any fees associated with online registration through LeagueAthletics.com will not be refunded.
Disciplinary Actions - If a player is ineligible to participate in the LWLC due to Athletic Code violation or any other disciplinary actions, no refund will be made.
Injuries are a part of all sports at any level and are not considered as a reason for a refund, except within the dates and for the amounts shown in the guidelines above.
Cancellations due to COVID-19, pandemics or other acts of god are not considered as a reason for a refund, except within the dates and for the amounts shown in the guidelines above. The Board of Directors will meet and make recommendations if severe issues arise.
