2025 Spring Registration
Registration will close on 12/15/24.

Season Information:
- Returning Players: Registration include both the Winter Session and the 2025 Spring Season
- New 4th-8th Grade Players: Registration is only for the Winter Session. Once registration closes, you have a chance to register for the Spring season if you wish. We will reach out during the winter session with more information on placement and availability.
- New K-3rd Grade Players: You have the choice of registering just for the Winter Session or the entire season. If you want to try things out before committing to the entire season, you can sign up for the Winter Session only, then sign up for the Spring season if you want to continue. The Winter Session fee will be applied the regular season fee.
- Registration requires a current US Lacrosse Membership. Memberships are $35.
SPRING 2025 SEASON DETAILS
Practices
- January 12th - March 23rd
- Indoor training at The Ranch Sports Club on Sundays (No practice 2/9)
- Minis – 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
- 3rd Grade – 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
- 4th Grade – 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
- Indoor training at Roma Sports Complex on Sundays (No practice 2/9)
- 5th – 8th Grade – 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm
- February 24th - March 25th
- Indoor training at Roma Sports Complex on either Monday or Tuesday evenings
- 5th – 8th Grade – 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm (Day TBD)
- Minis, 3rd, 4th Grade – 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm (Day TBD)
- April 1st – May 30th
- Outdoor training at Francis 4H Field two or three nights/week
- All Grade Levels
- Days/Times TBD
IBLA League (Dates Subject to Change)
- April - May
- The teams will participate in 8 league games (4 Home/4 Away)
- Typically, all games are played on Saturdays or Sundays with a few exceptions on Fridays.
- May 31st OR June 1st
- Playoff Games (2 minimum)
- No playoffs for Minis
- K-2nd (Minis)
- Teams will participate in 4 Playdays consisting 2 games (8 total)
- Playdays will be in April and May
- Locations are TDB

Uniforms
- Uniform fittings/order will be conducted in January
- *Black helmets are highly suggested for Lincoln-Way youth players, but not required.
- *Black helmets are REQUIRED for Lincoln-Way HS players.
Equipment
- Limited quantities of equipment are available for rent
- Rental includes helmet, chest pad, elbow pads, gloves, and stick
- Players must also have a mouth guard and protective cup.
- NOTICE: Beginning on 1/1/2022 ALL players must wear chest protectors (shoulder pads) for commotio cordis that meet the NOCSAE ND200 standard and contain an SEI certification mark. No player will be allowed on the playing or practice field if they do not have the proper chest protector with the SEI certification mark. Please be sure your player has the proper equipment for this season.
2025 Registration Fees
- K – 2nd Grade Base Registration Fee: $250 + transaction fee
- 3rd – Grade Base Registration Fee: $400 + transaction fee
- 4th Grade Base Registration Fee: $450 + transaction fee
- 5th – 8th Grade Base Registration Fee: $550 + transaction fee
- US Lacrosse Membership: $35 – MANDATORY for all players.
- **Add $100 for Rental Equipment Fee if needed + transaction fee
- **Additional Uniform Fee - Pricing TBD
- Installment plan available
- Sibling Discounts - $20 discount for each additional child registered
***We will be selling personalized yard signs to raise additional funds for the club. Signs will be available during registration and will be distributed at the beginning of the season. Cost is $25 per sign (plus transaction fee)
***REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON 12/15/2024 - There will be a $50 late fee added to any registrations made after this date.
